This brand represents a unique approach to fitness and wellness, offering a personalized program designed by health and sports professionals. With a certified coach, a dietitian, and an osteopath, every member is supported by a team in achieving their health and wellness goals. The customized program is developed considering each individual’s needs and personal challenges.
The Fitness Specialist School (ENCP) offers a range of initial and continuous professional training in the fitness sector. The training center is Qualiopi-certified.
Currently operating in six training centers across France, ENCP trains future fitness coaches throughout the year. The schools also provide certified training programs for already qualified coaches to specialize or enhance their expertise.
Led by qualified and passionate instructors, Yako group sessions offer a variety of captivating workouts, from explosive cardio to relaxing yoga. A genuine community has formed around this collective fitness approach, allowing participants to progress at their own pace while pushing their limits in a friendly atmosphere.
