The company OB RESEAUX whose registered office is located at 4 rue Nikola Tesla, 35000 Rennes and whose SIREN number is 489 920 249 (hereinafter, ‘OB RESEAUX’) and the licensees operating the fitness centres under the Orange bleue banner (hereinafter, the ‘Licensees’) are jointly responsible for processing Users’ personal data. In accordance with the Regulations, Article 8 of this Policy provides the User with an outline of the respective responsibilities of the said joint data controllers.

The Policy may be amended at any time by OB RESEAUX in order, in particular, to comply with any regulatory, legal, editorial or technical developments.

Purpose of the Privacy Policy

In this Privacy Policy, the terms defined below have the following meaning:

‘Personal Data’ means any information relating to a natural person who is identified or who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to one or more factors specific to him or her, in accordance with the applicable Regulations.

‘Licensee(s)’ refers to any natural person or legal entity to which OB RESEAUX has granted a licence to use the Orange bleue brand and which, for this purpose, carries out the commercial activity of operating a fitness centre under the Orange bleue brand.

‘Platform’ refers to the web platform accessible via the URL: www.lorangebleue.fr published and made available by OB RESEAUX.

‘User(s)’ refers to any User(s) of the Platform (i.e. prospects, members, partners, licensees, employees as well as any person who may have a commercial or informative use of the Platform).

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to govern the processing of your Personal Data when using the Platform.

By using the Platform, you declare that you have accepted, without reservation, the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Collection of Personal Data

OB RESEAUX collects the following Personal Data directly from you when you fill in the form for a free trial session, to pre-register for a subscription to an open or soon-to-open fitness centre, to keep you informed of the opening of a fitness centre, or to request information: surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth.

As part of the collection of Personal Data via our forms, we indicate the Personal Data whose collection is compulsory by the presence of the term ‘Necessary’ above the box to be filled in the form.

Processing of Personal Data

The Personal Data collected when using the Site is processed for the following purposes:

Responding to requests for information made by the User directly in the contact form.

Recipients of Personal Data

The Personal Data collected is provided to current or future subsidiaries of OB RESEAUX, the parent company of OB RESEAUX and its subsidiaries, partners, Licensees and subcontractors.

Access to Personal Data by the User

In accordance with the Regulations, Users have the right to access, rectify and delete their Personal Data, as well as the right to limit and port their Personal Data.

How long Personal Data is kept

The User’s Personal Data will not be kept longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes set out in the Policy.

The Personal Data collected is kept for three (3) years after the end of a request made by the User in the various forms.

The User’s Personal Data is deleted once the storage period has expired.

Nevertheless, Personal Data may be kept beyond the stipulated period, in particular when said Personal Data is of administrative interest, for example for the management of a possible dispute, or to meet a legal obligation.

The User acknowledges and accepts that OB RESEAUX declines all responsibility in the event of unauthorized access, use, damage or destruction, except in cases provided for by law.
